If you have sensitive teeth like me, white strips and any other intense whitening kit hurts your teeth.
I use toothpaste specifically to rebuild my enamel because my teeth are SO sensitive.
I also love coffee so if your like me, you battle with coffee stains.
A couple of my friends swore by these at home concoctions for teeth whitening.
I tried them and they actually work.
Not only do they work, it’s cheap house hold ingredients that are cheap to buy and easy to use!
1. Baking Soda & Lemon
Mix several table spoons of baking soda with just enough lemon juice that it creates a paste.
Wipe your teeth off with a cloth or toilet paper so it’s dry.
Apply the paste onto your tooth brush, its even good to leave it on your teeth for up to a minute then rinse out with water.
I’ve tried this, in fact I whip this up weekly and use it.
It honestly works great!
2. Coconut Oil
This is another way to whiten teeth, using this on a toothbrush supposedly helps, I haven’t noticed a HUGE difference like the previous concoction with baking soda, but it does make a noticeable difference.
3. Apple Cider Vinegar
This can effect sensitive teeth and breakdown enamel (not as much as white strips), so I swish this around with water to reduce the intensity of it.
All three of these can be mixed together, but go ahead and try them!
Although this product isn’t something you can just find in your cupboard at home or necessarily the local grocery store,
I wanted to include it here for you to take a look at it and all it’s amazing and natural health benefits by clicking this link:
